Homemade Goodness

I haven't purchased bread in about 3 months, I've been perfecting my recipe. I am so glad I have finally figured out the science in baking bread. Yes it took me three months to get it exactly how I want it, but well worth it, I could live on this stuff. I also rest easy knowing that my family is just a little bit healthier! Whole white wheat flour is the best I've found and no less nutritious than red wheat. I even grind my own grain (when I have the time). Ahhh, SELF gratifying!

Yum! Send the recipe! My perfect bread still comes from Great Harvest but I would LOVE to make my own.
